We had a superb experience with this company! Fabrizio was incredibly attentive and arranged all our transfers smoothly and without hassle. Our driver for the day, Aldo, was quiet but very professional – even stepping out of the car to find us when we got lost. After docking at Civitavecchia Cruise Port, Aldo was waiting right as we disembarked, holding a sign and ready with an immaculate vehicle. He ensured both the drive into Rome and the return were perfectly on time and exactly as we requested. Payment was easy, with the option of card or cash after each transfer. Truly excellent service. I have zero complaints!
