At the port of Civitavecchia, where do we meet the driver?

Where do we get dropped off at the airport?

Customers will be accompanied to the terminal of the airline from which they depart. Tell us your flight number and we’ll take care of the rest. At Rome Fco airport there are two main terminals, no. 1 and the no. 3.

Is there an additional fee to pay if my flight is delayed?

Absolutely no. But you must always keep us updated.
Especially in the high season there are many scheduled services. And so we need to know about the delay.

What if we don’t meet the driver at the airport?

What time do I have to leave to reach the airport?

Always consider that it is best to arrive at least 2 hours before and even more.
Consider that from central Rome to fco it takes 30/35 minutes.
If you are disembarking from a cruise, allow for an hour for Fco and an hour and a half for Ciampino airport.

Is it possible to make several stops in various hotels with our group?

Certainly yes, it often happens if you travel with families or friends. The important thing is that this has been agreed at the time of booking. There will be a little extra. But it depends on the distance of the hotels. Send us all addresses in detail.

How can I pay for the service?

If you book online on our site, you can finally pay with PayPal.
We also accept payments in Euro cash at the end of the service.
And we also accept credit card payments, only if previously agreed. Not all drivers are equipped with a Pos.

Can I have a receipt?

Of course yes, ask your driver directly, or send us an email, even after the service and we will be happy to send it to you

Can I get a refund?

Yes, of course, if you let us know at least 48 hours before the booked service. So if your travel plans have changed, that’s no problem.

Can I change the date of my transfer?

Yes, but only if we have vehicles and drivers.

Are your vehicles all air-conditioned and non-smoking?

Yes, all our cars and vans are air-conditioned and non-smoking.

How far in advance do I need to book our transfer?

It is always best to book as early as possible, so as to be sure of the reservation. Mid season we sometimes book fully booked. However we accept reservations even 24 hours in advance.

What does the transfer price include?

The rate includes a private vehicle, an authorized driver, fuel, tolls,
insurance, parking.
Not included
Stops at Rome tourist attractions, additional unscheduled stops on the way to your hotel.
Gratuity is not included.

Are tips included in the payment?

In Italy the prices indicated are all inclusive, but they do not include tips, even if they are not compulsory.
However, you can tip your driver if you are satisfied with the service he provided.

Can we stop on the way to the hotel to see the sights or take pictures?
Only if booked in advance. Drivers often have other services right after yours.

Can you pay in advance?

Yes, of course, you can do it with Paypal. It is used a lot by customers to have no problems with cash.

How can I book a transfer service or a tour?

You can do it in many ways, via email that you find on the site, or by filling out the contact form or even via whatsapp.
We advise you to book all your services well in advance.
During the high season, which runs from April to October, there are many bookings.
And if you want to visit the Colosseum or the Vatican Museums, book your tickets online as soon as possible.

Are children counted in the number of people using the transfer?

Yes, according to the Italian transport laws we have to count all the people.

I need a child seat, how can I do?

Ask us for a child seat when booking, we will provide it if there is availability.

Can I ask for the driver’s phone number?

Yes, but only at the last moment. Drivers are only assigned to duty the night before the event.

Does the driver speak English?

Yes of course, all our drivers speak English.
